WWW Wednesday - Weekly Blog Tag

It’s Wednesday, and that means it is time to try a new blog tag! WWW Wednesdays is a weekly tag that is currently being hosted by Taking on a World of Words! I’m trying to get more active in the book tag world, so I think that WWW Wednesday will be a great addition to my weekly review post! How you can participate is by answering the three Ws.

Those three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?

EscapeManualI’m currently reading an ARC of the Escape Manual for Introverts by Katie Vaz! I’m only 37 pages into this graphic novel, but so far it is pretty good. I’m an introvert, so the description of this book really grabbed my attention. There are a lot of times where I need an excuse to escape, so this book could be both hilarious and helpful!

What did you recently finish reading?

YouYesterday I finished You by Caroline Kepnes and boy do I have to say that it was a creepy book! It really has made me analyze everything that I post on social media. Joe is obsessive, disturbing, and fascinating. I’m surprised that I enjoyed the book as much as I did, but the psychological suspense kept me on my toes. I also loved that it wasn’t the exact same story as the Netflix series that was based on this book.

What do you think you’ll read next?

NecromancersPrison

Oh man, my ARC TBR is so long, but I’ve been relatively organized, so I have my ARCs and Read for Reviews organized by publication date / when the author contacted me. So, my next read is most likely going to be The Necromancer’s Prison by Alec Whitesell & Craig Bonacorsi followed by an ARC of The Unfettered Child by Michael C. Sahd. I will also be adding a couple audiobooks into the mix, but I have yet to decide which one to listen to.

    1. It will definitely be interesting to see what season 2 is. I’m not sure I will continue with the book series but I’m looking forward to the Netflix season 2. 🙂

    2. I’m glad you enjoyed You. I’ve heard nothing but good things and I need to get to it soon.

    1. It is really well done! The author really knew how to keep up the suspense & show all of the obsession. If you like audiobooks, the narrator was amazing!

  1. Enjoy your ARCs! I’m never brace enough to commit to one. I don’t think I’d finish in time. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

    1. I enjoyed both. They’re just enough different to keep you entertained but not too different to upset you.

My ARC list is ridiculously long at the moment but having it organized is definitely helpful!
