Rewind and Reread

Have you ever had a book that you loved so much that you wish you could go back and read it again? I seriously have this thought constantly! So, here are some of the books that make my list! I’m limiting this to 5 books right now but I might make this a regular blog post!

The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden

This book is truly one of my favorite fantasies I have read. The world creation is simply breathtaking. I love the characters and just everything about this book. I would love to go back and read this for the first time again because this book was magic. In case you’re wondering, the audiobook is hands down the best way to read this book! The narrator is fantastic!

Landline by Rainbow Rowell

Landline is one of those books that just spoke to me as a reader. I loved the world that was created. It’s one of the first books I read with magic realism, so I always judge that genre off of this book.

The Realm of Possibility by David Levithan

This book saved my life. I read it at the perfect moment, and it helped me more than I want to ever admit. This is a book that is a quick read that helped show me that I wasn’t alone in my feelings. I reread this book almost every year, and I wish I could truly experience it for the first time again.

Sleeping Giants by Sylvain Neuvel

Sleeping Giants is one of those books that made me realize that science fiction isn’t so scary. I loved how this book was formatted, and I couldn’t believe how enthralled I was. I typically avoid anything to do with aliens in books, so I wish I could go back and experience that rush again!

So my question to you all, if you could go back and reread a book or a series what would it be?
