Review | Sparrow by Mary Cecilia Jackson

Sparrow by Mary Cecilia Jackson will stick with you. It’s poignant, well written, and engaging. This book was nothing that I expected but something that may hit home. This book deals with some extremely serious events, so be warned and ready to have that discussion with your child if/when they pick this book up.

Review | Shadow of the Fox by Julie Kagawa

This book was action-packed. I typically don’t read audiobooks if they’re longer than 9 hours, so the 14 hours & 45 minutes of this book felt incredibly daunting. I hesitantly pressed play but I have to say, this book flew by. I was utterly engrossed.

Review | Belle Révolte by Linsey Miller

As many of you know, I LOVED Mask of Shadows by Linsey Miller, so I was incredibly honored that Sourcebooks Fire sent me a physical copy of Belle Révolte! I’ve seen William O’Connor’s artwork everywhere, but I never found the time to sit down and pick up one of his art books. When I saw this book offered up on NetGalley, I knew I needed to read it. I’ve always been obsessed with Dragons, Faeries, and other creatures, so this was a book I knew I needed to pick up.
