Review | Shadow of the Fox by Julie Kagawa

This book was action-packed. I typically don't read audiobooks if they're longer than 9 hours, so the 14 hours & 45 minutes of this book felt incredibly daunting. I hesitantly pressed play but I have to say, this book flew by. I was utterly engrossed.

Review | The Bear by Andrew Krivak

It's been a few days since I finished this book, and I still don't know quite how I feel about it. I picked this up as part of Libro.FM's influencer program, and I was immediately drawn to the cover. Seriously, look at how pretty the cover is. I also enjoy post-apocalyptic reads. I figured I would give this book a chance. I think it's important to state that this book was not character-driven. You never even know the character's name. You only know them as The Girl, The Man, and The Bear. I am such a character-driven reader that this honestly threw me off.

Review | Fluffy by Julia Kent

Back in April, it seemed that this book was everywhere. A lot of the bloggers I followed posted review after review of this book, so it wore me down, and I had to buy it. Unfortunately, with how busy my review schedule was, this book sat on my kindle for months. On a whim, I checked the audible escape package and was so excited to find Fluffy on it! I downloaded it right away and eagerly started the audiobook.

Review | Belle Révolte by Linsey Miller

As many of you know, I LOVED Mask of Shadows by Linsey Miller, so I was incredibly honored that Sourcebooks Fire sent me a physical copy of Belle Révolte! This book looked like everything I could want. I love fantasy & the blurb sounded terrific! Unfortunately, this book didn't live up to the hype I built in my head. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed it, but it wasn't nearly as amazing as I hoped it would be.

Review | Fairies: The Myth, Legends, and Lore by Skye Alexandra

I've had this book borrowed from Kindle Unlimited for a few months, but I never found the time to read it. As you all by now should know, I love Faeries. I've fallen in love with many mythical creatures, but faeries have always had a special place in my heart. Since I started #FaeFriday, I figured it was time to brush up on my faery facts, which is surprisingly nonexistent.

Review | Into The Woods by James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim

I've owned the play transcription of Into The Woods for about five years now, but I never seemed to find the time to read it. This was one of the three picks I pulled out of my TBR jar for the Clearing The Hoard Bookwyrm Challenge I created. I couldn't pick what book, but this book was mentioned in David Levithan's newest book, 19 Love Songs, so my choice was easy to make.
