It’s Friday, and that means it is time for Friday Favorites! Friday Favorites is hosted by the wonderful blog Something of the Book. Basically, a prompt is given, and you get to gush about your favorites. 

This week’s prompt is favorite inspiring characters. There have been many inspiring characters that I have read but none quite as inspiring as Helen from Parnassus on Wheels by Christopher Morley. When I first read Parnassus on Wheels, I was in love. Helen ended up going on a strange adventure and leaves all that she knew behind to experience something new. There is just something beautiful in her courage and tenacity.
