It’s Tuesday, and that means it’s Top Ten Tuesday! Top Ten Tuesday used to be hosted over on The Broke and the Bookish but moved over to That Artsy Reader Girl. As described on The Artsy Reader Girl’s blog, “It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.” This description is right up my alley, and I hope you all enjoy this tag as much as I do!
This week’s prompt is bookish discoveries I made in 2019. 2019 was a world full of bookish discoveries. I found so many authors and blogs I honestly don’t know quite what to put here. I found so many amazing authors while also adding many to my NTBR list. In 2019 I found my people. I made friends, I lost some friends, and I became more and more comfortable in my own skin. It’s hard to make a list or limit it down to only 10 discoveries because my eyes were opened up in 2019. It’s like Aladdin swooped down with his magic carpet and took me to a bookish wonderland that was occasionally under attack. In 2019 I found some of my favorite people on twitter & subsequently, I found their blogs & their books as well.
So, here is my bookish treasure trove of awesome people I follow. I really really struggled to narrow down this list because there are so many people I’ve met in 2019 that I can’t even begin to list them all. So here are my top 10 favorite people on bookish twitter. I highly suggest you go give them a follow, read their books/blogs. Your life will be better with them in it.
