February 2020 | Wrap-Up

Can you believe that February is over? Seriously, it felt like January was a year-long, and #Faebruary was like a day. As you may already know, in January, I started #FaeFriday, and I'm so glad to see that there are participants! It's so much fun to see how everyone interprets the prompts & I love all of the different answers! We also closed out the month with the Whole Latte Books - Book Club, where we discussed Get a Life, Chloe Brown, which is one of my all-time favorite romances! I have to say, it was so fun to talk to everyone about Get a Life, Chloe Brown!

It's Friday!!! That means it's time to participate in #FaeFriday! This week on #FaeFriday, we’re talking about the wicked faes we have come to love! Faeries are known to have a bit of a wicked side. So this week’s prompt is: What is one wicked book that you not so secretly love? The amazing @Fae_girl63 inspired this prompt!

TTT | Characters I would Follow on Social Media

We all love social media, so this prompt was a lot of fun to think about. I have to say it was a tough one for me to answer. I typically follow bookish accounts, so that would mean I would automatically follow and love every single bookish person. I use social media so that I can find new books, talk bookish things, and share my love of all things book related. Though I'm a book nerd and would list every single book lover I have read about, I decided to go with a list of characters that would be more of the outliers on my feed.

It's Friday!!! That means it's time to participate in #FaeFriday! This week we're talking about iron! Iron is known to ward off faeries and, in some instances, limit the Fae's powers. So The prompt this week is: What is something that sucks the magic out of a book? The wonderful @Leah_Books created this prompt! Please link to her blog http://www.leahbooksandcooks.com. There are a few things that suck the magic out of books for me. The main one is the lack of character development.

TTT | Book Hangover Books

The prompt this week is from Deanna @ A Novel Glimpse "The Last Ten Books That Gave Me a Book Hangover." I like most (if not all) book lovers have experienced a book hangover. I honestly don't experience the book hangover too much, so I'm making a list of the books I can remember giving me a book hangover. For me, a book hangover happens in one of two ways. The first way is when I loved a book so much I can't possibly think of reading another book. The second way is when a book affects me so profoundly, I have a bit of numbness afterward. Sometimes, it's a little bit of both. The list I came up with is filled with both types of books.

Tag | Anonymous Bookaholics

I always love blog tags, so I was so excited when I saw this one over on Stephen Writes. I really couldn't resist participating in this one. I'm such a bookaholic, so these answers were a lot of fun to come up with!
