It’s Friday, and there is actually a chill to the air here, which is AMAZING!!! I always love fall, which is why the autumn court is still in the spotlight. They’re celebrating the season change by gracing us with the beautiful gift that is the changing of the leaves. That is why this week’s prompt is: What genre gives off that perfect autumn vibe to you?
I’m sure most people will put mystery or horror as their genre, but I’m a bit strange.
It’s Friday!!! That means it’s time for another #FaeFriday prompt! Did you know that in certain lore, a fairy is born from the first laugh of a child? That is why this curious wannabe fae wants to know: What is a book that made you genuinely laugh.
We all know those classic fairytales, but sometimes a retelling can blow the classic out of the water. This curious wannabe fae wants to know what are some fairytale retellings that you have enjoyed!
Fairytale retellings are some of my favorite stories! So I couldn’t resist putting this as a prompt! Secretly, I’m hoping that I’ll find some excellent new books to add to my TBR through this prompt! So, without further ado, here are my picks!
It’s Friday, which means it’s time for another #FaeFriday! I’m not going to lie, but I totally thought it was Thursday. Luckily, I saw Leah’s post and realized my error! Be cautious of these faes, or you might end up with a blister! So without further ado, the prompt is….
We all love social media, so this prompt was a lot of fun to think about. I have to say it was a tough one for me to answer. I typically follow bookish accounts, so that would mean I would automatically follow and love every single bookish person. I use social media so that I can find new books, talk bookish things, and share my love of all things book related. Though I’m a book nerd and would list every single book lover I have read about, I decided to go with a list of characters that would be more of the outliers on my feed.
It’s Friday and Faebruary, which means it is time to let our inner fae shine and participate in #FaeFriday. The prompt this week is pixie dust! If you’ve seen Peter Pan, you know that pixie dust is used to make you fly. So this week’s question is: What is a book that made your heart soar?
It’s Tuesday, and that means it’s Top Ten Tuesday! Top Ten Tuesday used to be hosted over on The Broke and the Bookish but moved over to That Artsy Reader Girl. As described on The Artsy Reader Girl’s blog, “It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.” This description is right up my alley, and I hope you all enjoy this tag as much as I do!
Okay, real talk here… I have a book buying problem. This year I’ve been This week’s prompt is The Ten Most Recent Additions to My Bookshelf, and I have to admit, I have a book buying problem.
Covers are some of the most important things. I know that I’m 10 times more likely to buy a book if the cover catches my attention. So here are some of my favorite covers from 2019!
It’s Friday, and that means it is time for Friday Favorites! Friday Favorites is hosted by the wonderful blog Something of the Book. Basically, a prompt is given, and you get to gush about your favorites. This week’s prompt is favorite hyped books! I will admit I am always a little hesitant to read any hyped […]
